About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at EB monitoreo y control Central America. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in preparing offers that meet the commercial and technical requirements of our customers in the photovoltaic system control and monitoring industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate solution concepts with internal departments to meet customer specifications.
  • Work closely with sales colleagues to prepare offers that meet commercial and technical requirements.
  • Presentation of the offer to the customer together with the responsible sales colleague.
  • Provide impulses for the further development of our solutions according to market requirements.

Requirements

  • Technical training or studies in a relevant field.
  • Initial professional experience in the industry.
  • Experience in quoting and ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes.
  • Basic commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Italian skills a plus.
