Job Summary
Zurich Australian Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Security Test Manager to join our Global Security Testing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing support to Application Security Testing requirements across the world.
About the Role
As a Junior Security Test Manager, you will work closely with both Zurich Security and Application teams to ensure that Application Security Testing requirements are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Information Gathering Sessions: Evaluate client requirements and develop proposals for collaboration.
- Evaluating Proposal Notes: Collaborate with technical leads to review and share proposal notes with the Test Service Manager.
- Operating the Security Pipeline: Identify next Security Assessment projects in scope and work with stakeholders to confirm project scope and access requirements.
- Elaborating Security Assessment Plans: Develop and send Security Assessment Plans before project commencement.
- Coordinating Project Execution: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both testers and clients during project execution, facilitating the resolution of potential issues.
- Providing Support and Guidance: Offer support and guidelines to testers on project execution when needed.
- Ensuring Final Reports: Ensure that final reports are sent to stakeholders.
- Scheduling Finding Agreements Meetings: Schedule and assign Finding Agreements meetings to technical leads or their delegates.
- Overseeing Retest Processes: Ensure that testers take required actions to run retests as per schedule.
- Supporting Veracode Services: Serve as the SPOC for Veracode services, supporting the Global Test Service Manager.
- Attending Meetings: Attend meetings related to Veracode delegated by the Global Test Service Manager.
- Coordinating with Operations Teams: Support the team providing services to Veracode, facilitating coordination between Operations teams and clients.
- Overseeing Security Test Engineering Team Mailbox: Share relevant proposals received via Forms for Security Assessments with team contacts.
- Completing Security Scan Requirements: Oversee requests related to Veracode or Security scan requirements completed by the Security Operations team.
- Participating in Process Documentation: Collaborate with the Global Security Test Manager on process and procedure documentation related to services provided by the unit.
- Working with External Providers: Work with external providers and oversee their activities related to Security Assessments and Application Security services.
