About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Envista. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our distribution partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our distribution partners and customers.
  3. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales and business development experience in a similar industry.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and native Spanish language communication skills.
