Your Mission
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user feedback and business requirements to inform product development decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our target market. This will involve:
- Reporting risks and creating functional and technical specifications for software development, testing, and implementation projects
- Evaluating and improving business processes to ensure efficiency and understanding interdependencies
- Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, including contract negotiations, defining SLAs, and approving purchase orders
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies and making recommendations for adoption
- Organizing and moderating meetings, workshops, and training sessions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a passion for listening, understanding, and questioning. You will have:
- Completed studies in IT or business administration
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager, or comparable role
- A solution-oriented and team player attitude with strong communication skills
- A high level of German and English proficiency
