Cybersecurity Business Analyst

Axalta is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join our Global IT team in Asturias, Spain.
The successful candidate will work closely with global IT and business process owners to ensure that cyber security services are provided as outlined.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes within IT and the business, as well as the ability to provide an external perspective, void of technology.
The Cybersecurity Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and rationalizing business processes, creating swim lane and flow diagrams, and performing data field mapping and documenting data flows within applications or business processes.
They will also test business processes and collaborate with Security SMEs to improve controls, manage major Information Security projects, and assist in deploying mitigations based on business needs and risk.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or associate degree in IT or a similar field, with a minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity field.
They will also have at least a medium knowledge of Cyber Security related technologies, a high-level understanding of Risk Management and Identity Management, and knowledge of industry-based standards such as ISO 27000, NIST 800 Series Special Publications, SOX, and PCI.
The successful candidate will be a strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English is essential.
