We are seeking a Global Cybersecurity Analyst to collaborate with our global IT team and business process stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring that cybersecurity services are delivered effectively. The Global Cybersecurity Analyst will assess business processes within IT and across the organization, providing an objective viewpoint that transcends technology. This position reports to the Global IT Security Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, creating visual representations such as swim lane and flow diagrams.
  • Conduct data field mapping and document data flows across applications and business processes.
  • Evaluate business processes and work with Security Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance controls.
  • Oversee significant Information Security initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of risk-based mitigations aligned with business requirements.
  • Document Information Security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and refine existing technical documentation.
  • Collaborate as a team member on Global Information Security projects to help mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • A diploma or associate degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity.
  • Proficient understanding of Cybersecurity technologies.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management and Identity Management principles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27000, NIST 800 Series, SOX, and PCI.
  • Awareness of security services including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Virus Protection, and Digital Certificates is advantageous. Familiarity with AAA (including 2-Factor Authentication) and PKI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction; fluency in English is essential.
