Global Financial Analyst, Ingredients

As a Global Financial Analyst, Ingredients, you will be part of our Ingredients Business Finance team, supporting our Business Unit leadership teams in making informed decisions through data-driven insights and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate sales, gross profit, and RSA costs forecasts for the Business Unit, identifying key drivers and actions to improve business performance.
- Play a key role in building and improving the overall forecast process and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of monthly Segment and BU business reviews.
- Drive the preparation of the yearly Budget and Strategy processes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Understand financial drivers influencing business performance and identify key improvement actions.
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Develop necessary business financial models and capital investments assessment models.
- Minimum 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably in an international environment in a medium to large-sized company.
- Finance or Economics/Business degree. MBA is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
- Ability to create financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Strong drive for results, customer-focused, and effective team player.
