Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing complex financial projects, collaborating with department leaders, and providing financial reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global complex advanced analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Senior Management.
  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
  • Fluent English.
