Senior Accountant Job Description

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and submit financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Perform audits to ensure adherence to standard requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Forecasting: Create forecasting models based on current financial trends to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report analysis and findings to the management team to drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the accounting and finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Financial Operations Optimization: Evaluate financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues, and strategize solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Language: Fluent level of English.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in major accounting software programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Compensation: Gross annual salary around 30,000€ per annum.
  • Contract: Permanent contract.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule and 2 days of home office per week.
  • Location: Offices located in Oviedo (Asturias).
