Job Title: Global IT Security GRC Analyst

Axalta is seeking a highly skilled Global IT Security GRC Analyst to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a key member of our IT security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our global IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security policies and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with global IT and business process owners to ensure that security controls are implemented effectively.
  • Document and verify security controls and capabilities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT risk management frameworks and policies.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and 3+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in a large organization.
  • Diploma or associate degree in IT, with training in risk management, ISO 27000, and NIST 800 series publications.
  • Awareness of security services such as Internet Content Filtering, Remote Access, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Virus Protection, AAA, Digital Certificates, and PKI.
  • Proven knowledge of cyber security related technologies, with CRISC, CISA certifications a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills.
