About the Role

As a Business Analyst at XXXLdigital – Part Of XXXL Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our e-commerce division. With a strong focus on user feedback and business requirements, you will assist in product development decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our target market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements to inform product development decisions
  • Create functional and technical specifications for software development, testing, and implementation projects
  • Evaluate and improve business processes to ensure efficiency and identify interdependencies
  • Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, including contract negotiations and SLA definition
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, making recommendations for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
  • Completed studies in IT or business administration
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager, or comparable position
  • Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning
  • Solution-oriented and team player attitude with strong communication skills
  • High level of German and English proficiency
