**About the Role**

As a Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements to assist in product development decisions. You will ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market by evaluating and improving business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Gather and analyze user feedback and business requirements
* Assist in product development decisions
* Evaluate and improve business processes
* Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
* Keep track of industry trends and new technologies

**Requirements**

* Completed studies in the field of IT or business administration
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position
* Passion for listening, understanding, and questioning
* Solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication skills
* High level of German and English
