Axalta is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Business Analyst to join its Global IT team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with global IT and business process owners to ensure that cyber security services are provided as outlined. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes, risk management, and cybersecurity concepts to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and rationalize business processes, creating swim lane and flow diagrams.
- Perform data field mapping and document data flows within applications or business processes.
- Test business processes and collaborate with Security SMEs to improve controls.
- Assist in deploying mitigations based on business needs and risk.
- Document Information Security processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or associate degree in IT or similar.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity field.
- At least medium knowledge of Cyber Security related technologies.
- High-level understanding of Risk Management and Identity Management (desirable).
- Understanding industry-based standards, such as ISO 27000, NIST 800 Series Special Publications, SOX, and PCI.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset;
