Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Heritage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of proven sales experience in a related industry, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
