About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Senior Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver compelling customer interactions and drive sales growth in your territory.
  • Collaborate with Digital Hub resources to deliver value to customers at speed and reach a wide range of accounts.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Support the creation and review of business development activities related to solution or industry specialization.
  • Coach partner sales representatives on engaging with prospects in complex software deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Executives to drive pipeline and move prospects through the customer journey.
  • Leverage all SAP sales channels to achieve sales targets and provide the best customer experience.
  • Support the team in preventing and identifying challenges, ideating solutions, and driving projects for the greater benefit.
  • Represent SAP in external events and represent the team in internal events.
  • Mentor junior sales colleagues and provide guidance based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure alignment with Indirect Channel Management and monitor the effective use of SAP assets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and identify deviations from agreed-upon plans.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, or related areas. You should have a profound knowledge of an industry operating model and/or SAP solution, as well as knowledge of Cloud technology in business-to-business environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university, with a preference for Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, sales enablement, business development, software industry operations, or related area.
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, communications software, and presentation software.
  • Project management certification is an advantage.
  • Business fluency in English & German required.
