About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Teleperformance Spain, you'll play a key role in engaging high-potential advertisers and persuading them to incorporate our marketing products into their strategies.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
* Maintain and update databases of customers with complete information
* Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
* Record and analyze call history and customer responses
* Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
* Monitor competitors' products or services and create effective sales strategies
* Address customer needs and inquiries effectively
* Work independently as well as within a team environment
Requirements
Native-level English proficiency
* Previous sales experience
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Strong written and oral business communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment and collaborate with the broader team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Goal-oriented individual with confidence, competitiveness, and proactivity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate multiple business models
Benefits
A full-time position from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week, in a hybrid working model
