The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to spearhead our Partnerships team in Germany. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market by identifying and securing strategic partnerships with top wellness providers.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and penetration in the German market.
  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at target partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and handover processes.
  • Negotiation and Communication**: Effectively present the Wellhub solution, negotiate agreements, and maintain open communication channels with partners.
  • Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform your sales approach.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven Sales Experience**: A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Linguistic Skills**: Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
