Job Summary

We're seeking a Junior Digital Sales expert to join our Sales Team. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaboration with clients to achieve sales goals. This role requires proactivity, independence, and problem-solving skills to enlarge our client base and revenue for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in our comprehensive training program, consisting of three weeks of theory and practical exercises focused on Digital Marketing and our Product/Pitch.
  • After completing the training program, your key responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and analyzing key metrics to ensure commitment delivery and identify further business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in digital products.
  • Strong background in acquiring new business, cold calling, sales pitches, and general business development.
  • Excellent English language skills (Spanish is a plus).
  • Sales-driven approach, coupled with quantitative and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and CRM experience.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $28,000 - $32,000 annually, including a bonus structure. Additional benefits include remote work options, private medical insurance, flexible payment plans, ongoing training, and a dynamic work environment.
