The Opportunity: As a Cloud Database Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unlock AI potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their database needs and provide tailored solutions using MongoDB Atlas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region.
  • Work closely with the sales enablement team to stay up-to-date on the latest product features and market trends.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in negotiating and closing deals, and have a solid understanding of the database market and its applications. Familiarity with MongoDB products and services is a plus.

What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary (estimated €60,000 - €80,000 per year), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance. Occasional travel to Dubai may be required for this role, and we are open to candidates willing to work within the Middle Eastern region time zone.

Salary: €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
