About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud-Based Sales Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer needs
Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in cloud-based software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Finnish language skills are also beneficial)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently
