We are looking for a skilled German speaking sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative in Barcelona, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, preferably in outbound roles, and a strong background in CRM systems. They will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Description:
  1. Sales: Make outbound calls to promote and sell our services
  2. Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customer information
  3. Call History: Record call history and customer responses with detailed notes
  4. Customer Follow-up: Consistently follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  5. Market Research: Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Native level of German with fluent English
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound role
  • Proficient in CRM systems

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: €25,440 gross per year + up to €6,360 gross per year bonus
