We are currently looking to expand our team in Barcelona with a skilled Swissgerman Inside Sales Representative. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to kick-start your career in the vibrant city of Barcelona, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

About Our Client: Our client is a renowned international outsourcing business that has helped numerous successful organizations transfer their service departments to focus on their core business. As a German Inside Sales Representative, you will have the chance to represent a world-famous brand while working within a multicultural and ambitious team in sunny Barcelona.

What We Are Looking For:
• You are a highly energetic and motivated self-starter who can drive yourself to achieve targets
• You are a proactive hunter who is not afraid to make a high volume of calls and speak with clients to close deals
• You have initiative and a 'get it done' mindset
• You have a strong sales-oriented mindset and ideally previous experience in a sales environment
• You are a native Swissgerman speaker and fluent in English
• You are a bold, strong-minded, and eager-to-learn individual who won't take no for an answer

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Contacting potential clients via phone and email
• Closely managing and reporting on your sales pipeline
• Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
• Consulting with small-to-medium-sized businesses in the German market
• Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management
• Implementing tailored sales strategies to the client portfolio

The Client Offers:
• Indefinite contract
• Monday-Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 (including break), 39 hours per week
• Full-time position with no weekends or nights
• Salary: €27,300 gross/year (based on the average salary in Spain for a sales representative)
