Amazon Account Manager for E-commerce Growth

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for identifying companies and working alongside them to help them succeed in their digital development on Amazon. Our Marketplace teams are characterized by a strong desire to see third-party sellers thrive.

We have over 50% of products purchased on Amazon sold through our Marketplace service, thanks to the hard work of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect companies, establish contact through cold calling and mailing, and support them in launching their business on Amazon.es.
  • Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
  • Work with partner sellers to maximize sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe using key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.).
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account to ensure their autonomy.
  • Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on Amazon.es and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector.
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
  • Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization.

Salary: Based on experience, this position offers a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, plus benefits.

Location: This role is based in Madrid, with the option to telework 2 days a week in Spain.
