About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers on the German market
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and track performance against KPIs
Requirements
  • Native or full professional proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
  • Understanding of German culture, markets, and sales processes
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial or Account Executive role
  • Experience in managing or leading a commercial team
