**Job Summary**
Amazon is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to join our team in Spain. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of allocated third-party staffing agencies across the territory, ensuring they deliver high-quality services to Amazon operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the relationship with allocated third-party staffing agencies to monitor performance and hold them accountable for delivery against contractual metrics.
- Partner with staffing agencies to remove blockers impacting agency performance and provide functional expertise to support their growth.
- Collaborate with the Agency Risk team and OpsPXT partners to address repeated agency underperformance or escalations, working closely with the Business Management team.
- Conduct in-depth reviews and audits with staffing agencies to assess their readiness for peak hiring periods and monitor their completion of required actions in a timely manner.
- Lead and contribute to cross-business line and country proposals for initiatives that improve temporary labor hiring outcomes, considering both business and agency perspectives.
- Represent staffing agency requirements and considerations in strategic programs at the territory and country levels, including technology, product, policy, or process changes.
- Support cross-functional transformation programs to define territory-level strategies for third-party staffing agency usage.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, operations, or a related function.
- Vendor management experience across a large geographical region.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders to determine goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.
- Experience managing a commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
