At Amazon, we're dedicated to helping brand advertisers and agencies drive measurable outcomes. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys.

We're looking for a skilled Agency Development Manager to accelerate Amazon Advertising revenue, increase tool adoption, and expand our reach within the total advertiser universe. As a single-threaded owner, you'll be responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers, owning the Amazon Advertising/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accelerating Amazon Advertising revenue
  • Increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption
  • Expanding penetration of the total advertiser universe

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an excellent communicator, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, and a strategic thinker with the ability to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. You'll also need to make data-driven decisions, set and achieve aggressive goals, and have the ability to 'think big' while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to Amazon Advertising's media agency customers.

As an Agency Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focused ideas to their clients. You'll be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with IT media agencies.

A background in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies) will be key in navigating key partnership priorities for this Agency Holding Company relationship.
