About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S. L. U. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of an allocated third-party staffing agency across the territory, ensuring delivery against pre-agreed contractual metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with an allocated third-party staffing agency for performance monitoring and hold the vendor to account for delivery against contractual metrics.
  • Partner with staffing agency leaders, WFS Business Management, and senior stakeholders in OpsPXT to deliver effective vendor-supplied services.
  • Support Agency Risk team and OpsPXT partners to address repeated agency underperformance or escalations in partnership with Business Management team.
  • Conduct in-depth formal reviews and audits with staffing agencies to inspect readiness for event days, peak, and launch hiring, and monitor agency completion of required actions in a timely manner.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-business line and Country proposals for tactical initiatives that aid in improving temporary labor hiring outcomes, considering both business and third-party staffing agency considerations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.
  • Experience managing a commercial multi-site master vendor contingency agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
  • Able to deliver independently and take the lead on tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with good judgment.
  • Able to evaluate and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs.
  • Handle complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations.
  • Skilled mediator, able to balance conflicting priorities and find a path forward in difficult situations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal and external metrics, drivers, and focus areas for the business and organization.
  • Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.
  • Adaptable and flexible to respond to the changing needs of the business while maintaining velocity.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Comfortable with high-volume workload.
