The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales department in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our network of dealerships.
Your duties will include:
- Developing a sales pipeline and working on sales opportunities
- Fostering relationships with new dealerships and supporting them during their first months with Carwow
- Regularly reviewing performance and creating action plans to close gaps vs target
- Collaborating on commercial strategy projects and developing dashboards and reports
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of building pipelines and working independently
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
- Native Spanish speaker and fluent English speaker
- Energetic, resilient, and self-confident, with a positive attitude and high autonomy
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus share options, private healthcare, and a generous holiday package.
