About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Business Developer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and contacting new prospects from multiple sources to determine their requirements and arrange qualified appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly prospect new opportunities by using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts.
  • Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Similar experiences in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls.
  • Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Catalan is required.
  • Financial services experience is ideal.
