About the Location: The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the stunning Formentor Peninsula, boasting breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. This historic property, originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate, is currently undergoing restoration and renovation. Scheduled to reopen its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024, this incredible property promises to offer unparalleled luxury and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the In Room Dining Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met
  • Oversee the In Room Dining team and be visible in the operation to provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests
  • Description and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services
  • Work closely with the In Room Dining management team and Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a special talent and passion for ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered and that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience
  • Brings wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team, and a creative flair to bring personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences
  • Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
