Service Sales Manager in Grid Technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Manager to join our Grid Technologies team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing the opportunity pipeline and orders in new and existing markets of Grid Technologies, with a focus on Service Business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a market strategy to increase market share and create opportunities for Grid Technologies Service Business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including solar/wind farm developers, IPP, Industrial, and EPC companies.
- Participate in fairs and associations to enlarge market share and create opportunities.
- Support the Execution Unit head in defining market strategy and targets.
- Conduct price and market analysis for competitors.
- Negotiate pricing with customers.
- Assist system configuration and discussions with the tendering and execution teams in Service.
- Ensure that the Sales and Tendering processes are implemented in line with Siemens Energy processes and in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Take ownership of the whole sales process for project opportunities within the Lead Management through to Project Handover and coordinate with other involved parties to provide technically accurate and commercially/financially compliant proposals.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
- Specific knowledge and > 5 years experience with Substation business will be preferential expertise.
- Project management experience will be an advantage.
- General knowledge of HV portfolio.
- Experience in Service Business.
- Excellent / mother-tongue Spanish language mandatory.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of comprehension, strong analytical and structuring skills, strategic thinking, assertiveness, curiosity, and initiative.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- High skills for collaborative work among diverse teams and different countries, ability to create a good team environment and be a key part to motivate it towards common and individual objectives.
- Strong orientation to reach targets and to customer service, initiative, and autonomy.
- Willingness to have regular customer visits.
- Disciplined in planning, organizing, and structuring of resources.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team player and able to communicate at multiple levels with customers, peers, and team members.
- Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.
- Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts.
