About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Partnership Development Specialist to join our team in Southern Europe and Africa. As part of our Strategic Alliances team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our strategic partners in Italy, Spain, Israel, Turkey, Mediterranean countries, and English-speaking Africa.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving alliance partners' internal awareness of Veeam to create pipeline based on joint sales play.
- Enabling Veeam business expansion around joint workloads with Alliances, including applying joint offers, field enablement, marketing, support, and demand generation.
- Accelerating direct sales collaboration, especially on the enterprise segment, and tracking closure of leads/deals.
- Partnering with EMEA Alliance marketing and Southern Europe Marketing to create new initiatives that drive opportunity generation, product evaluations, and sales.
**What We Expect from You**
We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of some of our strategic Alliances, preferably from a past role as an alliance manager. Experience in creating and driving a sales pipeline directly or through channels is mandatory. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and demonstrated experience working in a top enterprise software company in alliances or channel.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO policy.
