Key Responsibilities

  • Culture Transformation: Shape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring that it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions to create an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.
  • Leadership Development: Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.
  • People Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
  • Organizational Structure: Design and develop our organizational structure to support our ambitious transformation and acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless integration and a unified culture.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
