About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Human Resources and Culture Transformation to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring that it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions, to create an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
- Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.
- Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.
- Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives based on KPIs and other HR and business metrics.
- Define strategy for internal communication efforts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR management.
- Oversee all HR functions, including forecasting, staffing, onboarding, personal and professional development, performance management, compensation benefits, and career/succession planning.
- Continuously seek and implement innovative tools and processes that will take our company to new heights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in media/internet companies.
- Proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution.
