About the Role:

Softonic, a leading software distribution platform, is seeking a seasoned leader to join its executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture. This role will play a key part in shaping the company's unified global team, especially after its recent acquisition. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the cultural transformation, creating an environment where everyone can succeed. The role involves acting as a trusted coach and mentor to all levels of the organisation, bringing global experience and passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring it aligns with the company strategy and ambitions.
  • Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers are empowered with training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of the evolving company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organisational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in media/internet companies.
  • Proven track record in organisational change and culture evolution.
