About the PositionYou will be responsible for defining and developing innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of Softonic's mission and growth journey. Your expertise will ensure that our company culture aligns with our business strategy, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and lead the culture transformation program to create an engaging work environment
- Develop and implement people strategies that fuel business success
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team
- Lead the development and implementation of HR functions, including forecasting, staffing, and performance management
With a strong background in organizational change and culture evolution, you will inspire and motivate high-performing teams. Your leadership will drive employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives based on KPIs and other HR metrics. You will also oversee all HR functions, including compensation & benefits, and career/succession planning.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development
- Proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution
- Fluent in English and high level in French and Spanish
