We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive our company's growth and culture initiatives. As a Vice President of HR Growth and Culture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program to support business goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team to drive culture and growth initiatives
  • Establish and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage budgeting, team management, and forecasting to ensure effective HR operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in HR, with a focus on training and education
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to build effective training sequences for diverse skill sets
  • Experience in building a corporate university or business transformation
  • Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs
