About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Human Resources and Culture Development to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our HR strategy and culture initiatives to support our business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learning and Development - Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development program to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
  2. Leadership Development - Develop and execute a leadership development program to build a strong pipeline of future leaders, aligned with our company's vision and values.
  3. Culture and Values - Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect, promoting a positive and productive work environment that supports our business objectives.
  4. DEI Objectives - Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a workplace that values and celebrates individual differences.
  5. Talent Management - Design and implement a talent management program to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligned with our business needs and goals.
  6. Change Management and Communication - Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformation, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
  7. Evaluation and Analytics - Develop and implement metrics to measure HR program effectiveness, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  8. Operational Management - Oversee HR operations, including budgeting, team management, and forecasting, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree; Master's is a strong plus.
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience in Training and Education HR.
  3. Experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.
  4. A strong ability to build highly effective training sequences for diverse skill sets.
  5. Experience in building a corporate university or business transformation and transition to new markets in professional fields.
  6. Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs.
  7. Openness to hearing other opinions.
  8. Agility and ability to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.
