Vice President of Human Resources and Culture Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Human Resources and Culture Development to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our HR strategy and culture initiatives to support our business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Learning and Development - Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development program to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
- Leadership Development - Develop and execute a leadership development program to build a strong pipeline of future leaders, aligned with our company's vision and values.
- Culture and Values - Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect, promoting a positive and productive work environment that supports our business objectives.
- DEI Objectives - Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a workplace that values and celebrates individual differences.
- Talent Management - Design and implement a talent management program to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligned with our business needs and goals.
- Change Management and Communication - Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformation, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Evaluation and Analytics - Develop and implement metrics to measure HR program effectiveness, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Operational Management - Oversee HR operations, including budgeting, team management, and forecasting, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Training and Education HR.
- Experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.
- A strong ability to build highly effective training sequences for diverse skill sets.
- Experience in building a corporate university or business transformation and transition to new markets in professional fields.
- Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs.
- Openness to hearing other opinions.
- Agility and ability to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.
