Key Responsibilities
- Culture Transformation: Shape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring that it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions to create an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative work environment.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.
- Leadership Development: Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.
- People Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
- Organizational Structure: Design and develop our organizational structure to support our ambitious transformation and acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless integration and a unified culture.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
- Integration and Culture: Develop and implement action plans to integrate the Spanish and French teams post-acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition and a unified company culture.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Internal Communication: Define strategy for internal communication efforts.
