About the Role

Softonic is seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring that our people are equipped to drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culture transformation program that aligns with our company's strategy and ambitions.
  • Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.
  • Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in media/internet companies.
  • Proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams, including developing people managers.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in using and defining HR systems and processes at a global scale.
  • Leverages HR metrics and business data to provide insights to the business and enable data-informed decision making.
