Softonic is seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture Transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our unified global culture and driving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culture transformation program, ensuring alignment with our company strategy and ambitions.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Design and develop our organizational structure to support our transformation and acquisition strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Previous experience in multicultural environments, ideally in media/internet companies.
  • Proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution.
