About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture to support our business objectives.

This role will play a key part in shaping a unified global team, especially now as we move forward with our recent acquisition. You will be at the heart of our cultural transformation, creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

As a trusted coach and mentor to all levels of the organization, you will bring your global experience and passion for excellence to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and lead the culture transformation program, ensuring it aligns with our company strategy and ambitions.
  • Define and develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about being part of our mission and growth journey.
  • Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching to lead their teams with confidence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of people strategies that fuel the success of our evolving company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives to the highest standards based on KPIs and other HR and business metrics.
  • Define strategy for internal communication efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR management.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including forecasting, staffing, onboarding, personal and professional development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career/succession planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 12+ years' experience in human resources, executive influence, and organizational development within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in media/internet companies.
  • Proven track record in organizational change and culture evolution.
