Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of People and Culture to support our business objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our unified global culture and driving our transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culture transformation program, ensuring alignment with our company strategy and ambitions.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent who are passionate about our mission and growth journey.
  • Ensure we have highly qualified and inspiring leaders and managers, empowering them with training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Design and develop our organizational structure to support our transformation and acquisition strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO and executive team, offering insights and guidance that drive meaningful change.
Requirements
