About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of People to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, ensuring that our team is equipped to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of people professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a people leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and flexible environment, with a focus on delivering results
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
