Business Development Manager for International Ventures

**Company Overview**
i1X Venture Studio is a dynamic venture studio building the next generation of B2B success stories across three continents.
We are seeking a strategic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help manage cross-company operations from our Eastern European hub.
The Role: This is not a traditional EA position. You will be a strategic partner helping maximize the impact of our venture studio, portfolio companies, and investments across Europe, North America, and beyond.
You will ensure decisions are made efficiently with the best possible information while representing our interests in Hungary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Provide high-level decision support for investments and partnerships
- Manage critical relationships with stakeholders across multiple ventures
- Represent the group's interests in Hungarian operations
- Support strategic planning and execution across portfolio companies
Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate cross-company projects and initiatives
- Optimize CEO's time and priorities across multiple ventures
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- Handle sensitive business communications and documentation
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as primary liaison between Hungarian operations and global teams
- Coordinate with portfolio companies, partners, and investors
- Represent the company at local events and meetings
- Maintain relationships with authorities and key partners
Requirements:
- Native Hungarian and fluent English required
- Additional languages are a plus (German, Swedish, Russian, Ukrainian)
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellence in cross-cultural communication
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments
What We Offer:
