The Role:

The Junior Marketing Analyst and Lead Generation Analyst is a key member of the Marketing Analytics and Insight team, responsible for supporting the marketing team by analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating leads that drive business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of marketing analytics and a keen interest in lead generation.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Track the performance of campaigns and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
