About the Role

Pleo, a leading spend management solution, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Demand Generation to lead our Demand Generation team. This critical role involves defining our demand generation strategy and investment model, creating and capturing high-quality top-of-funnel demand through various tactics and channels in a cost-effective and efficient way to support pipeline creation and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Small Team: Oversee and develop a team of demand generation specialists to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Develop Comprehensive Demand Generation Strategies: Create and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage Lead Generation Programs: Manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing programs to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Develop Customer Advocacy Programs: Develop a customer advocacy program to recognize, federate, and foster upselling/cross-selling opportunities for our sales team through various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Measure and Analyze Program Impact: Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs and improve performance as needed.
  • Manage Demand Generation Budget: Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Maintain Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Evaluate and Manage Vendors: Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors and agencies contributing to demand creation programs.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles with a focus on digital demand generation.
  • Team Management Experience: Experience managing a team of demand generation marketers.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a track record of impact.
  • Ability to Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Impeccable Presentation Skills: Impeccable presentation skills.
  • FinTech Background Advantageous: FinTech background is an advantage but not essential.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Experience: Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Clay is advantageous.
