About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst and Lead Generator to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our Marketing Analytics and Insight team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
  • Track the performance of campaigns and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and return on investment (ROI)
  • Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation
  • Provide insights that will help tailor marketing strategies to specific audience segments
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
