About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst and Lead Generation Specialist to join our Marketing Analytics and Insight team. As a key member of our marketing operation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimization, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, tracking performance and reporting on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify potential opportunities for lead generation and provide insights to tailor marketing strategies to specific audience segments.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
