Ttec, a pioneer in delivering exceptional customer experiences, is seeking an ambitious Norwegian-English Business Growth Specialist to join our Krakow, Poland team. As a trusted advisor, you will cultivate long-term relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English, and a solution-oriented mindset. They should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on site in Krakow, Poland, and come up with creative solutions to maximize sales opportunities over the long term. You'll also have the chance to contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.

A typical day for this position includes:

  • Negotiating with brand knowledge to close sales
  • Handling objections and rebuttals during customer interactions
  • Recommending, quoting, and negotiating product knowledge with customers to close sales
  • Building a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets
  • Supporting customers ranging from small to medium size businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology

In return, Ttec offers a competitive base salary of approximately 11,000 PLN (~2,350 EUR) gross, a generous relocation package, private medical care, multisport card, flexible working hours, and additional days of annual leave.
